The Landmark Community School Foundation has decided to write a formal proposal to lease or buy some of this property.

The committee in charge of reviewing proposals is evaluating a range of campus reuse scenarios. Their preliminary analysis concluded that the most appropriate use of the campus would be for one or more residential educational institutions. We believe that our project is ideally suited to this property, and we’re committed to presenting a serious and thoughtful proposal to the committee for its consideration.

Some of you may be called upon to help with this process. Listen for the gong.
